Historic OKC Home Renovations currently in the works!

Anthony: “With the GE center being placed near 10th and broadway do you see benefits of redevelopment in the Culbertson and JFK neighborhoods, or do you think that those benefits will just apply to Deep Deuce to the south? I’m very interested in what happens to those neighborhoods. I see a lot of potential.”
Steve Lackmeyer: “I think both neighborhoods will benefit, as will Automobile Alley, Lincoln Terrace and the neighborhood at NW 18 and Walnut.”

OKC’s characteristic neighborhoods were mentioned in a recent chat with The Oklahoman‘s Business Reporter, Steve Lackmeyer.

Here at Brick and Mortar Investments, some of our proudest work is buying  houses in Oklahoma City’s characteristic neighborhoods and making them into beautiful homes again!  With a focus on historic OKC home renovations, helping people rediscover the charm and comfort of early 20th century houses in historic neighborhoods that are making  resurgence.

Right now we have two unique rehabs in the works:
